How to Participate in this Exclusive Government Program

1.      Complete the online registration (Click Here)

2.      After you complete your registration, print the fax cover sheet generated at the end of the registration process. 

3.      After you print out your fax cover, fax your cover and a copy of your government ID to: 858-459-4336.

4.      You will be sent an approval in 24 hours or less and then you may place your order. You cannot place an order until you have been approved. You will be sent an email confirming you are approved once we have reviewed your ID. Your ID approval is valid for one year for purchases.

We do want to remind you that participating in this program is a privilege and there are guidelines that must be followed. Please note that as a buyer in this program, you must enter into an agreement between Oakley and you, the Buyer. Once accepted, you the Buyer shall not sell Oakley product to any individual, department, team or unit for a profit. At no time should Oakley products be sold or diverted for resale in any environment whatsoever-including but not limited to Internet, swap meets or flea markets etc. A new sales agreement will need to be submitted with the Buyers first order of every calendar year.

ORDERING

To place an order you must first register with us.  On the homepage click the “REGISTER NOW” button and follow the directions.  Once registered and your ID has been submitted/ reviewed/approved by our team we will send you a confirmation email letting you know you are a US Standard Issue member and you can place your order.  Your registration is valid for 12 months.  You will receive an email reminder prior to the expiration so that you may renew and keep your registration current.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Unless expedited shipping is requested all orders are set for ground through UPS or FED EX.  If the order is shipping to an APO/FPO address it will be shipped via USPS. Please be aware Boots/Accessories & Eyewear are charged and shipped separately.  To expedite your shipping we offer two day air and overnight shipping but you will have to contact our office within minutes of placing your order.

 

RETURNS

Unfortunately we only accept returns not exchanges. You will need to contact our office so we can provide you with RA # (return authorization) to mail the product back to us as long as the item is still in new condition with the original packaging. Once the package is received a credit will be issued to the card used on the original order. This can take up to 7 business days after receipt.  (DO NOT MAIL YOUR PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT YOUR RA#) After you have received your RA# you can then log on to the web site to place your new order.

 

Please note: No exchanges/returns will be accepted at the La Jolle Office.  All returns and exchanges must have a return Authorization number issued from the Oakley Government Sales Office.  Please send all returns to the following addresses:
